CER Program

 

38th Street Beach Fitness

 

6 WEEK PROGRAM – MONDAY JULY 7 TO FRIDAY AUGUST 16

FITNESS SCHEDULE:

Monday  through  Saturday:               YOGA                           9-10 a.m.                    

Tuesday & Thursday:                          BOOT CAMP               9:15 – 10:15 a.m.

Both of these programs will have a $5.00 per person/per day fee

 

Monday  through  Friday:           Walking Club             (No age limit)               7-8 a.m.

                                                    Running Club           (No age limit)      10-11a.m.

                                                    Coed Beach Volleyball                        11a.m.–1p.m.  

There will be no fees for these programs.

Registrations for all programs will take place daily on the Beach at 38th Street.
