Consulting Architectural Services
The City of Brigantine is soliciting proposals for Consulting Architectural Services associated with the “Alterations and Additions to Existing School for a Community Building and Senior Center”.
A copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) can be obtained from the Office of the City Clerk, 1417 West Brigantine Avenue, Brigantine, New Jersey, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday beginning Monday, April 6, 2009. Only in person, written, and telecopy requests will be accepted. No telephone requests will be accepted.
During performance of the work, the Consultant will be required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975; c. 127 (Affirmative Action Requirements).
One (1) original and four (4) copies of the sealed proposal must be submitted to the Brigantine City Clerk, 1417 West Brigantine Avenue, Brigantine, NJ 08203 no later than 2:00 P.M. on Friday, May 1, 2009.
Following a review and evaluation of all proposals submitted by the above mentioned deadline, certain Respondents may be invited to an interview with representatives from the City of Brigantine.
All requests for clarification regarding this RFP must be in writing via fax. No telephone inquiries will be accepted.
The City of Brigantine reserves the right to reject any or all submissions received and to waive any informality in proposals submitted in response to this Request for Proposal. The City also reserves the right to amend the proposed Scope of Services when negotiating a final contract with the firm selected to provide said services.
